Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot process a refund or replacement

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused - this is mainly for a health and safety reason as we encourage our customers to use their hands to apply the oil from the bottle.

If your bottle is unused and you want to return it back to us - we currently do not offer free postage to send items back and would strongly recommend using a tracked postage service when sending it back to us so that we can both track its return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and receipt of the item back to us.
